Human Resources Generalist
We are looking to hire a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing organization in Hyderabad. As the HR representative in India, you will play a central role in all local HR matters, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark and across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support talent acquisition
- Ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employee retention initiatives
- Oversee HR legal, administration, and payroll coordination in compliance with Indian local laws and company policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate closely with the global HR team (based in Denmark), ensuring strong alignment with our global values and supporting the ongoing development of our Hyderabad office
- Work with and further develop HRIS (Human Resource Information System) solutions
Desired Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and compliance in India
- Experience working with HRIS (e.g., Hibob or Zoho)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of local HR matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory compliance is a plus
Workplace
You will be based at our Hyderabad office, with the opportunity to visit our Brisbane location. Our global team operates across Denmark, Sweden, India, the US, and Australia.
