To make you familiar with the faces you are going to meet at our TTE 2019 stand T42, we thought it would be a good idea to introduce ourselves first:
Hi, I am Michael Holst Andersen and I am the General Manager at TravelOperations. My entire professional life I have been in the IT and consultancy business. Before relocating back to my hometown of Copenhagen and starting off with TravelOperations in 2017, I worked for an international consultancy company in the US focusing on delivering business solutions based on Microsoft technology. Through the years I have gained a lot of knowledge about Microsoft solutions and its advantages and how it can help companies be more productive. I love to travel and I do it a lot – not only for work but also in my private time. I am passionate about reaching goals and targets internally, but especially when it comes to helping our customers to reach their goals. Please come to our stand T42 and have a conversation about how we can help you and your travel business to reach your goals.
Hi, my name is Thomas Kümpel and I am a senior business consultant at TravelOperations. Together with the rest of the awesome team, I have implemented and constantly matured the Travel module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 from back in the days where the version was still 4.0. I have close to 20 years of experience with ERP solutions solely focusing on the travel industry, where my initial career also started back in the 90’s. A lot has happened since then and we as a company and me as an individual need to adapt fast, be first movers and learn new things every day. That is what drives me – to pass on exactly that to our customers, so that they can focus on their core business which is selling great experiences to their customers. Hi everyone, my name is Jacob Sylvest Andersen, also known as the Lead Solution Architect at TravelOperations. With more than ten years of experience in helping customers in several industries to achieve Digital Transformation, I am now with TravelOperations since 2017, focusing on helping Travel Businesses utilize the power of the Microsoft Dynamics Cloud offerings. Throughout the years, I had the chance to work with a wide range of companies scaling from small to some of the biggest enterprises in the world. My qualifications cover Business Analysis, IT and ERP strategy, Sales and Implementation. I believe that problems can be complicated but solutions should not be. For me it is important to always seek for simple and efficient solutions that challenge routines.
Last but not least – hello everyone my name is Franca Lenzen and I am part of the TravelOperations crew since 2017. I am more the creative mind of the company, being responsible for the Marketing. When everything around me is getting too techy I’m trying to explain it in infographics and pictures. I love traveling and I would rather spend money on getting to know new countries, cultures and languages than getting a new, fancy car. It is really exciting how the travel industry adapts technology and how many opportunities already exist out there. AI and blockchain will be just the beginning.
