Your Responsibilities:

Do you love creating and executing on sales strategies and delivering quality to customers, and ensuring that they receive the best possible advice and solutions? Do you love exceeding targets and cultivating relationships? Then come join us at TravelOperations.

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the Travel Industry.
  • Conduct sales presentations, drive product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work collaboratively with the product and functional team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills & Requirements

  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that generate revenue on B2B operations
  • Experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and knowledge of the Travel Industry’s software ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including our Marketing, Product Team and Implementation Team.

What we offer  

Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience with B2B sales and at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the travel industry. A strong understanding of the processes in the Travel Industry, ideally also a good understanding of CRM and ERP solutions. Different profiles can be relevant, and we prioritize the right person-organization fit highly, but our ideal candidate also has some of the following traits and professional qualifications:

  • Experience with sales from travel agencies or an airline.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that generate revenue on B2B operations.
  • Experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and knowledge of the Travel Industry’s software ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including our Marketing, Product Team and Implementation Team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Your place of work will be in our office in Copenhagen, but you will work closely with our colleagues in Brisbane, Australia, or Los Angeles, US. We enjoy a great organizational team spirit across our locations which includes Denmark, Sweden, India, the US, and Australia.
