What makes your solution different from other back and mid offices?

Our travel agency management system combines travel-specific functionality and conventional ERP software. It is built on reliable Microsoft Dynamics technology. All of our consultants have several years of experience within the travel industry and have a thorough understanding of its associated pains and needs. Additionally, our solutions are fully integrated, which makes your daily work stress-free and much more efficient.

What is the difference between TravelOperations Business for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and TravelOperations Enterprise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations?

Both solutions have in common that they are a standardized travel agency management system. Nevertheless, TravelOperations Business is tailored for small- and mid-sized travel agencies while TravelOperations Enterprise is for companies with +20 users and + 100 employees.

Where do you operate?

We operate (almost) everywhere in the world. Our clients range from Australia, Europe and to North America. For the most recent version of TravelOperations Business, we currently only support the following countries: UK, DK, SE, and NO. Further expansion is planned, and do not hesitate to contact us to ask if your country is supported.

What kind of support/service do you provide?

Assessment, consulting, implementation, and post-implementation services. Everything you need to successfully transfer to the Cloud and get settled with your brand new travel agency management system.

How many employees do I need to have in my travel agency to make the most of the solution?

TravelOperations Enterprise is targeted to larger travel agencies and travel groups. There is a minimum of 20 users, but we usually recommend having at least 150 users. The minimum number of seats required to subscribe to TravelOperations Business for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is one. Nevertheless, to get the most benefits out of the software we recommend having a minimum of 10 employees using the software.
